GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA
Social Media at Garmin is a global network of over 100 channels on purposeful platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Strava, our very own Garmin Connect mobile. Our 11 main global audience channels are managed out of headquarters in Olathe and we have approximately 50 local market (country-based) channels across Europe, Asia, Central and South America. It’s a lot, especially when you consider our Garmin dealers, brand partnerships and influencer relationships, but everything plays together like a symphony of creative content and community engagement. For the sake of simplicity, I’ve included our largest channels on Instagram below. At the end of the day, and throughout it actually, we’re connecting people to their passions in life. We do this though education, entertainment and engagement. I’d tell you we call it “the 3 E’s,” but we don’t. That actually just occurred to me while typing this.
